What can I expect from Fit My Day?

Taking part in a Fit My Day class will result in a high energy, fun, exciting workout that will have you smiling for the rest of the day.

You will learn new ways to exercise using body weight, free weights, ropes, bags, balls and benches, hang out with an awesome bunch of people, and ultimately get fitter and stronger each week.

Who are the classes open to?

Fit My Day classes are open to everyone, of all ages, genders and fitness levels. We are also cater for pre and post natal clients.

What if I’m not as fit as everyone else?

Fit My Day classes cater to all fitness levels with a range of program options and modified movements. We have a fantastic group of members who are incredibly supportive and encouraging as they have all been where you are at one point!

How does the GROUP TRAINING membership work?

Members are charged a weekly payment according to your chosen membership. Membership is on a week-by-week basis and there is no lock-in contract. During the school holidays, all membership payments will be put on hold. 

Absence / suspension of membership

If you are absent for more than 2 consecutive weeks due to illness, injury or travel, suspension of membership is available. Notice must be given in advance and via email to membership@fitmyday.com.au Suspension of membership is available once per term.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your membership, you are required to provide 2 weeks notice in writing to membership@fitmyday.com.au

What happens if it’s raining?

If we need to move indoors due to rain, you will be notified via email and SMS at least an hour before the session begins. Our indoor venue is Pymble Scout Hall, 2 Birubi Ave, Pymble.

What do I need to wear or bring to training?

Wear clothes that you can move around in and a good pair of training shoes. Bring a water bottle, yoga mat and sunscreen (mats are provided if you don’t have your own).

What if I have injuries?

In most cases, we are able to cater for injuries during the training sessions. Please speak to the trainer to discuss modifications of exercises when needed.
