Personal Training
A fantastic way to either get started on your fitness journey, or push yourself to new goals with one on one attention and follow up.
Small Group Training
Getting together with a group of 2-4 people is a fantastic way to receive personal attention while reducing the cost. There is also the added benefit of having people around you with the same fitness goals to help keep motivated and on track.
Health Audits
For anyone who needs a complete overhaul on their health and fitness, a health audit is the way to go. We will break down your lifetime of habits, both good and bad, and assess where you need to improve and what needs to be changed. This can be a one on one exercise or it may be something in which the whole family can be involved.
MAT PILATES
Fit For Good is an initiative started by St Andrews Anglican Church Roseville. The goal is to work together to improve our fitness, as well as giving a little back.
The Friday Pilates class is open to anyone, and every cent earned from the class is sent to different fundraising organisations across the world. A pack of 10 classes cost $150 ($15 per class).
TIME: Fridays 11:15am – 12:15am at St Andrews Anglican Church, cnr Bancroft Ave and Hill St, Roseville.
